A growing library of data export facilities are available. These include standard reports with filters to establish the constraints for data selection as well as accompanying capability to export that filtered data into MS Excel 2007 Pivot Tables that allow unrestricted analysis by clients.

Wherever possible technical support and training assistance will be supplemented by remote access to the client's facility using either Terminal Services / RDP or UltraVNC remote access and file transfer systems to provide an efficient and effective support experience.
