Upgrades & Enhancements

Upgrades to Dox RDS and Dos TMS are provided quarterly under the terms of the maintenance and support agreements.

RDS Templates

Example templates for common forms used in hospitals and day hospitals are available to all client organisations with a current Maintenance & Support Agreement.

TMS Templates

Example templates for a variety of Tally Sheets used in hospitals and day hospitals are available to all client organisations with a current Maintenance & Support Agreement.

RDS Reports

Reports, additional to those originally supplied, are available to all client organisations with a current Maintenance & Support Agreement.

TMS Reports

Reports, additional to those originally supplied, are available to all client organisations with a current Maintenance & Support Agreement.

TMS Data Export

A growing library of data export facilities are available.  These include standard reports with filters to establish the constraints for data selection as well as accompanying capability to export that filtered data into MS Excel 2007 Pivot Tables that allow unrestricted analysis by clients.

All clients with a current Maintenance & Support Agreement receive technical support and training assistance.

Remote Access

Wherever possible technical support and training assistance will be supplemented by remote access to the client's facility using either Terminal Services / RDP or UltraVNC remote access and file transfer systems to provide an efficient and effective support experience.
